Here are three very different case studies to inspire your work and ideas:

PROJECT PROFILE – Blue Thunderbird Learning Centre: The Blue Thunderbird Land-Based Teachings multi-use Learning Centre in Winnipeg, Canada, has given K-12 students access to First Nations land-based, cross-curricular educational opportunities. 

PROJECT PROFILE – The Village Rooftop Childcare: The Village, located in Vancouver, Canada, is a 20,000 square foot rooftop daycare that holds to the Reggio teaching and learning philosophy, and is part of the Frog Hollow organization which operates multiple community childcare programs.

PROJECT PROFILE – Student Collaboration – York House: We had a special opportunity to collaborate with a group of grades 6 and 7 students at York House School in Vancouver, Canada, to support them in creating their dream learning space. They will soon be moving into a new classroom, and their educators strongly felt that the students themselves should be considered; able to make decisions about how they learn best and given the opportunity to design their own learning environment.
