We are seeking a full-time Sales/Account Manager to join our dynamic team and growing company. The ideal candidate will use their proven sales experience to build a relationship with our educational clients and meet their need for functional, beautiful, and non toxic furniture. Do you have experience selling furniture? Have you worked with the design and/or educational communities? Are you motivated by a social and environmental mission?  Do you thrive in a busy, collaborative team environment? Then this is the job for you.
 
Responsibilities
  • Immerse yourself in educational furniture, educational design and green furniture
  • Act as a brand ambassador for Natural Pod products
  • Develop relationships and build leads with potential customers in the education and design communities
  • Build and manage sales pipeline
  • Meet monthly and seasonal sales goals
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated sales success & lead generation
  • History of selling to educational and/or design communities a plus
  • Demonstrable enthusiasm for the Natural Pod brand and products
  • A customer service orientation
  • Ability to work well under pressure with little to no drama
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and problem solve with minimal supervision
  • Ability to complete detailed tasks with precision and timeliness
  • Exemplary verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience using CRM tools (such as InfusionSoft)
