Eligibility
A person who completes and submits an entry is a Nominator. A Nominator must be:
1. 18 years old as of date he/she submits an entry; and
2. A legal resident of Australia, Canada, or the United States of America

Vote Earning
All email votes and email addresses must be associated with a unique person. The use of 3rd party vote sharing services, sites, vote boosting with fake, spam, artificial, manually or artificially generated, non-validated emails, etc., either paid or voluntary by you or anyone in your campaign community used to increase votes will invalidate your entry.
Electronic Communications
By entering or voting in the contest you grant Natural Pod expressed consent to add your email address to our mailing list for the purposes of communicating with you about your entry and vote and for future marketing purposes. You may unsubscribe at any time.
Media Release
By entering or voting in the contest you hereby agree and give permission for Natural Pod and/or its partners to to display, publish or distribute your entry for the purpose of publishing, posting on Natural Pod’s website, posting on social media sites, other media print and online websites and/or for broadcasting on television or radio as determined by Natural Pod for marketing, fundraising, communication and general community awareness.
Agreements and Releases
Each Entry, Voter, Nominator, each Nominee, each Winner and/or each school or school district that employs a Winner is a participant in this contest (Participant). As a condition to participating in this contest and/or receiving a contest award, each Participant: (1) agrees to abide by the contest rules and all decisions of Natural Pod with respect to all matters related to this contest; (2) agrees that Natural Pod its affiliated companies, its successors and assigns, any person or entity acting on its behalf, and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents are not liable for, and shall be held harmless for, any loss or damage of any kind caused by or resulting from participation in this contest or acceptance of a contest award; (3) grants to Natural Pod, its affiliated companies, its successors and assigns, and any person or entity acting on its behalf, the right to use the Participant’s name and likeness, submitted photographs, prize information, and any information about the Participant provided to Natural Pod in connection with this contest, for advertising, promotional, publicity and/or other purposes in any media or format now known or hereafter devised, throughout the world, in perpetuity, without limitation and without additional compensation, consideration, permission or notification, where permitted, unless prohibited by law; (4) waives all rights to legal, punitive, incidental, financial, consequential or other damages whatsoever of any kind.
Privacy
Any personal data (for example, name, address, telephone number or email address) about a Participant provided to Natural Pod in connection with this contest will be used by Natural Pod solely to administer this contest and will not be used or disclosed for any other purpose without the consent of the applicable Participant. Each Participant agrees that Natural Pod has the right to contact the Participant by telephone, email or regular mail for purposes related to this contest and related marketing.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Internet access is required to enter this contest. This contest is void where prohibited. It is not open to residents of any jurisdiction where it is prohibited or restricted by law, rule or regulation. It is not open to residents of New Mexico or Quebec. Contest is subject to all applicable laws, rules and regulations.
Natural Pod, in its sole discretion, may alter, amend, extend, modify or terminate this contest at any time. Natural Pod reserves the right to interpret and administer the contest rules and its decisions with respect to all matters related to this contest will be final. Natural Pod reserves the right to disqualify Participants residing in any jurisdiction where it determines, in its sole discretion, that it is appropriate to do so in light of legal or regulatory actions and, in such event, Natural Pod will have no liability to any such disqualified Participant.
Natural Pod is not responsible for incomplete, damaged, late, lost or misdirected entries. Natural Pod is not responsible for hardware, software, equipment, transmission, network or other failures or malfunctions of any kind that prevent or limit a person’s ability to submit an entry, claim an award or participate in any way in this contest.
